Jet Carrying Pete Hegseth Required to Land in UK Due to Crack in Windshield

An aircraft transporting Pete Hegseth was required to make an emergency landing in the Britain on Wednesday due to a fissure was found in the plane's windshield, as stated by an official announcement which stated that all passengers were secure.

"The jet touched down based on standard procedures and everyone onboard, including Secretary Hegseth, is safe," an official representative commented in a social media post.

The secretary was coming back from a quick journey to the Belgian capital when the incident occurred.

This event is not the first time that a US military aircraft transporting a high-ranking official has suffered mechanical issues.

In a previous incident this year, a American military jet ferrying Marco Rubio to the city in Germany was required to turn back to Washington after experiencing a technical issue.
